Specialized project management services on a part-time or contract basis to an organization that cannot afford a full-time Project Manager. Services will include but not limited to interfacing with contractors, attending weekly project meetings, reviewing reports from contractors and progress against milestone schedule, aligning contractor to project goals and schedule compliance, preparing risk and performance trend, undertaking risk analysis and summarize findings.

Preparing construction package for EPC company for issuing to interested subcontractors for obtaining bids and undertaking bid evaluation and making recommendations. 

Field services/construction management 

As needed by clients, we can provide specialized and well-experienced staff to fill open roles in our client's organization during the construction phase, including construction management services, to ensure that subcontractors are delivering to scope.

Contract administration & claims management

We can help both the EPC company or the Owner in developing, implementing, reviewing, maintaining and managing the entire contract management process including pre-award (RFP, TBE) and post award processes for both Projects and Studies; mobilization, execution and administration of all contracts during project life cycle; providing full range of services in evaluating contractors' progress, dispute resolution and change and claim management.
